Job Title: Domestic Violence Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Violence Support Specialist to provide critical support services to individuals and families affected by domestic violence.

About the Role:
  • Provide crisis intervention and support services, including hotline calls and in-person sessions.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to promote awareness and understanding of domestic violence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $36,880 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and a starting hourly rate of $17.24. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
