**Job Description**

The Charles Lea Center is looking for a Disability Support Specialist to develop and implement a unique service in Tennessee. This service will focus on supporting young adults in their communities, using a person-centered approach, employment first thinking, and technology integration.

As a Disability Support Specialist, you will work independently and as part of a team to provide services and supports focused on achieving goals for individuals with disabilities. You will also provide technical assistance to Community Providers and advocate on behalf of individuals/guardians.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Advocate on behalf of individuals/guardians

A competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, will be offered to the successful candidate.
