Position Overview

Our facilities offer a comprehensive range of senior living solutions, including Active Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and short-term Respite Care.

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge for our TerraBella Thornblade community.

The Concierge plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment by greeting residents, guests, and staff, handling incoming calls, taking messages, and providing general information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform telephone reception and answering duties as needed.
  • Accurately take messages and relay them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Welcome residents and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing directions.
  • Assist the marketing department by organizing brochures.
  • Prepare meal tickets for team members and family, and maintain meal count records for the Dining staff.
  • Update daily records including the Resident Phone List, Roster, and Move-In/Move-Out Register, as well as Guest and Sign-In Logs.
  • Coordinate appointments for residents and their families, including services like hairdressing and transportation.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
  • Manage and distribute mail to residents and staff.
  • Maintain records for resident credits.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience or a combination of education and experience.
