At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Our team is dedicated to getting the best people to work at Cloudflare and allowing them to do their best work. We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our APAC team and help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute customized recruiting plans to attract top talent in the APAC region
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and engage qualified candidates
  • Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve attraction and hiring of diverse candidates

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical and non-technical roles
  • Experience independently partnering with senior leadership on hiring initiatives
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
  • Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment
