Lead Compensation Specialist

We are currently collaborating with a distinguished organization to find a skilled and driven Senior Compensation Analyst. This role is vital in crafting and managing competitive salary and benefits frameworks. The Senior Compensation Analyst will have the chance to significantly impact our corporate culture by executing compensation strategies that are in harmony with the company's long-term vision and foster growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee incentive, benefits, and salary initiatives, ensuring regular assessment of wage adjustments and compensation protocols.
- Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends and suggest program improvements.
- Provide support to employees and team members regarding the organization’s compensation and benefits offerings.
- Gather and evaluate data on internal benefits and salaries, benchmarking internal policies against external labor market standards.
- Maintain documentation, guides, brochures, and other program-related materials; respond to inquiries and escalate complex matters to supervisors or vendors.
- Ensure precision in compensation and benefits calculations and deductions.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing benefits and compensation.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory standards concerning benefits packages and pay equity.
- Lead the creation and execution of communication strategies related to compensation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in finance and human resources, with a focus on non-exempt employee compensation.
- Proficiency in utilizing Payfactors (Payscale) and Google Suite.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- High energy and a positive demeanor
- Strong emotional intelligence
