Job Title: Guest Service Associate/Cashier 3rd Shift

Global Partners is a leading provider of gasoline stations and convenience stores in the Northeast. Our company operates over 1,600 locations, offering a wide range of products and services to our customers.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Guest Service Associate/Cashier to join our team at our 3rd shift location. As a Guest Service Associate/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling cash, lottery tickets, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash containers, and restocking shelves.
  • Assist with inventory management, including checking product in as it is delivered from vendors and conducting gasoline tank inventory.
  • Perform light equipment maintenance, including pumps, lighting, and machinery.
  • Participate in merchandising activities, including stocking shelves and coolers.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with associates and guests.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of 1 to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
  • Reaching above shoulder height and bending below waist.
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store.

Compensation:

$15.69 per hour plus $2 differential.
