Job Title: CMT - Construction Materials Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Materials Specialist to assist with material inspections and testing. As a key member of our team, you will review specifications for civil and structural plans, perform tests and observations according to project requirements, and submit daily field reports. You will also document and communicate any non-conforming items to project supervision, maintain, clean, and calibrate all assigned equipment, and learn how to transport, operate, and care for a nuclear density gauge as assigned, adhering to all safety and maintenance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct material inspections and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Review and analyze test results to identify any non-conforming items
- Document and communicate findings to project supervision
- Maintain, clean, and calibrate all assigned equipment
- Learn how to transport, operate, and care for a nuclear density gauge
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of construction materials and testing procedures
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
