Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled NDT Level II Technician to join our team at Acuren Inspection, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing to ensure the quality and integrity of critical assets.
Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate non-destructive testing equipment to ensure accurate results.
- Conduct tests to detect discontinuities and ensure quality using various NDT methods.
- Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, adhering to strict safety regulations.
- Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications and evaluate results.
- Interpret radiographs, CRT or digital readouts, conductivity meters, and visual indicators.
- Organize and report test results to stakeholders.
- Perform specialized inspections as required.
- May instruct and supervise others in NDT procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Some college preferred.
- Certified Level II in NDT.
- Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results.
- Knowledge of NDT equipment and procedures.
- Experience in report writing.
