Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Clinician 2 to join our team at Marion County. As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will be responsible for providing assessment and treatment services, crisis intervention, and treatment services to individuals and families with complex needs and diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessments and treatment services to individuals and families, including groups, and provide crisis assessment and intervention services.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans and provide brief therapy to clients.
  • Manage a caseload of individuals with few to no financial support resources who are struggling to connect in the community.
  • Work closely with community partners, including Salem Hospital, Marion County Jail, and other organizations, to address urgent/crisis situations.
  • Participate in diversion program meetings and provide case reviews of BRES clients.
  • Provide weekly mental health groups to participants of Lotus House.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, recreational therapy, music therapy, art therapy, or a behavioral science field.
  • One year of post-master's degree experience in the behavioral health field.
  • Must be licensed by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors, licensed by the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers, or credentialed or registered through the Mental Health and Addiction Counseling Board of Oregon (MHACBO) as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
