Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at PeopleShare Inc. in Frederick, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Data entry and record-keeping
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Handling phone calls and emails
  • Coordinating office activities
  • Greeting and assisting customers in a professional manner
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • A valid MD Driver's License
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
