Job Overview

Quality Service Trust is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will be responsible for buying wholesale properties for investment and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, with a strong ability to develop rapport with seller prospects and negotiate deals. You will be responsible for evaluating property values, repairs, and offer amounts, as well as making sound purchase decisions that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating property values and making offers on properties
  • Contracting wholesale real estate for investment
  • Making outgoing follow-up calls to sellers in our CRM
  • Representing the company well by following our Core Values
  • Providing a daily after-action report and summary of the day's activities
