About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team at Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty - Kings of Real Estate Team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients achieve their real estate goals by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the home buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on local community information and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and expert advice.
  • Prospect for new leads and follow up with existing leads to increase sales.
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Ensure a steady flow of buyer and seller appointments and handle them effectively to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with a top-performing real estate team to provide an abundance of motivated buyers and sellers.
  • Work with clients who are eager to buy or sell immediately and provide exceptional service and guidance throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation and drive.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • The candidate must obtain an active Real Estate license within two months of starting the job.
  • Passion for sales is a key requirement for this role.
  • Being a team player and contributing to the company's success is essential.
  • Excellent people skills are a must-have for effective communication with clients.
  • Familiarity with area MLS systems is considered advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and teach is important for growth in this position.
  • Self-motivation is necessary to excel in this real estate sales role.
  • Setting ambitious goals is encouraged for all applicants.
