Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Shift Lead to join our team. As a Restaurant Shift Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide FREAKY world-class customer service to our customers
  • Lead by example and set the standard for customer service and team behavior
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and team members
  • Prepare and make sandwiches to our high standards
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Assist with recruiting efforts and help to build a strong team culture
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Preferred management experience
  • Must be a good coach and able to develop team members
  • Must be coachable and able to take feedback
  • Must have experience in dealing with customer and employee issues
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
  • Must be computer proficient
Working Conditions

Must be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment. Must be able to avoid distraction and apply safety best practices while using slicer, knives, and oven.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand for the length of shift. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to climb a ladder if needed.

Hours and Shifts

10-19 hours per week. 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM shifts available. Schedule may vary based on availability.
