Naval Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Acquisition Management Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the PMA 266 Program Office by ensuring that all program milestone documentation adheres to the Department of Defense (DoD) and SECNAV 5000 series directives.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Acquisition Management Analyst, you will:
- Draft and support program milestone documentation to ensure compliance with DoD and SECNAV directives.
- Contribute to the development of essential program acquisition documents, including Acquisition Plans (APs), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Program Initiation Documents (PIDs), Statements of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA).
- Evaluate program procedures and documentation for alignment with specifications, contracts, and mission objectives.
- Engage in meetings, conferences, and review boards, providing analysis and input on briefs, reports, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with allowances for equivalent experience.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in acquisition management and documentation.
- Experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) is highly desirable.
- Proficient knowledge of NAVAIR contracting processes and Acquisition Management Systems (AMS).
Security Clearance:
A Top Secret Clearance is mandatory for this position. Candidates must be U.S. citizens.
