We are currently in search of a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to join our team, focusing on supporting critical program management activities. This role involves collaborating closely with the NAVMPS IPT Lead to ensure effective program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and participate in various meetings, including IPT and contractor meetings, to document discussions and distribute minutes.
- Engage with other Program Manager offices and military services to align program strategies and explore potential technological advancements.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data related to aircraft and weapon systems acquisition.
- Support agile software development initiatives through requirements analysis, planning, and product assessment.
- Conduct management and technical analyses to inform decision-making.
- Develop and manage acquisition documentation, ensuring compliance with established processes.
Specific Duties:
- Assist in planning activities by presenting funding strategies and cost estimates for new program requirements.
- Monitor program progress and identify potential issues related to vendor contracts and resource allocation.
- Evaluate program schedules and recommend adjustments to align with overall objectives.
- Analyze Total Ownership Cost (TOC) and provide recommendations to optimize program investments.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support program objectives and documentation preparation.
- Contribute to program execution strategies and development of planning documents.
Qualifications:
A Senior-level candidate should possess over 10 years of relevant experience and hold a MA/MS degree. This individual will be expected to work independently on high-visibility projects and may oversee junior staff.
Security Clearance:
Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitive nature of the work.
