Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing store workload, including scheduling and inventory management.
  • Lead and manage adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support and participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
  • Achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage visual merchandising standards, including feature space and seasonal layouts.
  • Execute inventory management processes, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Manage and execute merchandise operations, including Omni-channel processes.
  • Train, observe, and coach team members to achieve results and support talent development.
  • Interact with customers in a positive and respectful manner, providing solutions and assistance as needed.
  • Assist with Omni-channel processes and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Retail management leadership experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Work Environment
  • Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work.
  • Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
  • Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
