  • Participate on behalf of the company in industry events and conferences
  • Negotiate and close deals, as well as handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Obtain orders and establish new accounts by calling on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and products
  • Maintain good relationships with customers for long-term business
  • Troubleshoot issues with customers
  • Adjust the content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports
  • Keep track of own expenses, including mileage, parking fees, and toll fees
  • Perform other related tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in Korean or Chinese
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Remarkable sales experience in the food and beverage industry, with a passion for healthy organic, fair trade, and sustainable foods
  • Ability to regularly call on existing and potential customers and manage pricing and monitor credit term compliance
  • Can speak, read, and write Korean/Chinese
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • High school degree
  • Experience in dealings involving market/culture
