Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Professional to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing waived- to moderate-complexity testing in an accurate and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory testing and procedures in accordance with CLIA regulations and laboratory policy.
  • Work under the direct supervision of a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Laboratory Technician, or Laboratory Leadership.
  • May perform phlebotomy and clinical and/or pathology specimen management duties as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred.
  • Certified Phlebotomist Tech, MLA (ASCP) or Phlebotomy certification, such as PBT(ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
Physical Requirements

Light Work - exert/lift up to 20 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. frequently.
