Job Summary

SSM Health is seeking a highly skilled Lead Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our mental health administration, you will be responsible for coordinating daily work for therapists, providing clinical oversight, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans and participate in patient care conferences.
  • Provide clinical oversight to therapists, including managing caseloads, coordinating staffing lists, and facilitating daily groups.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the program, including attendance, documentation, billing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to employee and physician satisfaction by establishing professional relationships and providing clear communication.
  • Assume supervisory or manager tasks in the absence of the supervisor or manager.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
  • Three years of experience as a therapist.
  • State of Oklahoma licensure as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LBP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or other relevant licensure.
