We specialize in a variety of advanced services, including IV Drip Hydration, Botox, Fillers, Coolsculpting, and Microneedling. With multiple locations across several states and plans for further expansion, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and results.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated Medspa Coordinator to support our operations at our latest facility. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from the moment they enter our clinic.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills coupled with a sales-oriented mindset. As the initial point of contact for our clients, you will embody our brand values and create a welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm for aesthetics, coupled with your ability to communicate effectively, will be key in fostering positive client relationships. You should be adept at identifying sales opportunities and possess a keen understanding of client needs. Experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, retail beauty, or hospitality is highly desirable.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in medspa, aesthetic, beauty, or hospitality sectors.
  • Demonstrated integrity and a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Positive, energetic demeanor with a commitment to outstanding service.
  • Familiarity with medspa treatments is a plus.
  • Proficient in assessing client needs and recommending appropriate services.
  • Comfortable with various client outreach methods.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate the sales process by scheduling appointments and consultations, articulating treatment options with expertise.
  • Enhance client retention through education on additional services and products.
  • Promote new offerings to existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Build trust with clients by addressing concerns and providing credible information.
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring a warm and professional environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the clinic.
  • Collaborate with providers to ensure a superior client experience.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with supply management.
  • Engage in daily communication with clients through various channels.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.
