Position Overview:
As an Associate Attorney, you will play a vital role in advocating for clients who have sustained personal injuries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about legal advocacy, and possesses strong negotiation skills. You will handle a diverse caseload, guiding clients through all phases of litigation, from initial filings to trial.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients throughout the litigation process, ensuring their rights are protected.
2. Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to requests, conducting depositions, and preparing trial exhibits.
3. Engage in mediations and arbitrations, utilizing negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
4. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and status reports.
5. Develop and implement effective case strategies based on client objectives and case facts.
6. Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates and legal guidance.
7. Stay informed on changes in personal injury law and apply relevant updates to your practice.
8. Collaborate with team members to uphold the firm's commitment to excellence in client service.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
2. Licensed to practice law in Delaware, in good standing.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law with a proven success record.
4. Proficient in all litigation stages, from case initiation to trial.
5. Demonstrated experience in mediation, arbitration, and depositions.
6. Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on achieving positive client outcomes.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
9. Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships.
10. A passion for advocacy and a desire to achieve the best results for clients.
11. High level of professionalism in all interactions.
