Position Overview:
As an Associate Attorney, you will play a vital role in advocating for clients who have sustained personal injuries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, driven, and passionate about providing exceptional legal representation. You will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload, guiding clients through all phases of litigation, and utilizing your expertise in mediation and trial.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients throughout the litigation process, from initial case evaluation to trial.
2. Conduct comprehensive discovery, including drafting legal documents and managing trial exhibits.
3. Advocate for clients in mediations and arbitrations, showcasing strong negotiation skills.
4. Prepare and draft essential legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
5. Develop and implement effective case strategies tailored to client objectives.
6. Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates and legal guidance.
7. Stay informed on changes in personal injury law and integrate relevant updates into practice.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the firm's commitment to excellence in client service.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Licensed to practice law in Delaware and in good standing.
3. At least 2 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law with a successful track record.
4. Proficient in all stages of litigation, including trial experience.
5. Strong skills in mediation, arbitration, and deposition.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
7. Highly organized with the capacity to manage a substantial caseload.
8. Commitment to client service and building strong client relationships.
9. Passionate about advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
10. Professional demeanor in all interactions with clients and legal professionals.
