Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary research for drafting and responding to legal complaints.
- Prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs, ensuring thorough legal research and citation accuracy.
- Investigate precedent and case law to substantiate legal arguments.
- Draft and review discovery requests and responses meticulously.
- Perform electronic filing in various court systems.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of court dockets, regulations, schedules, and documentation.
- Organize, assess, and analyze discovery materials.
- Coordinate projects with litigation support vendors effectively.
- Assist attorneys in preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials, both in-person and remotely.
