Job Summary:

As a Combat Simulator Advisor, you will collaborate with company leadership and the engineering team to provide expert guidance on weapon systems, tactics, concepts, and training techniques. This role involves delivering technical demos to potential defense customers and working to expand market penetration to secure new contracts for our system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide up-to-date guidance on weapon systems, tactics, and training techniques to company leadership and the engineering team.
• Deliver technical demos to potential defense customers, showcasing the capabilities of our system.
• Work to expand market penetration and secure new contracts for our system.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of tactical and operational leadership experience as a Combat Arms Officer or Senior NCO (19A/D, 11A/B, 18, and other AOCs/MOSs) with expertise in small unit tactics, weapon systems employment, and current military doctrine.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and teams in both technical and practical settings, demonstrating understanding of dismounted concepts, techniques, and technology.
• Must have a passport or be able to obtain one for international travel.
