About the Role

The SharePoint Administrator will oversee the SharePoint environment, ensuring its functionality and continuity to meet user requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Designing, deploying, and maintaining SharePoint environments
  • Configuring and customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, permissions, and security
  • Work with the Marketing & Communications team to design Intranet themes and content
  • Troubleshooting site issues and overseeing the work of SharePoint developers
  • Installing, configuring, and upgrading SharePoint systems
  • Managing user accounts and permissions
  • Developing and managing content databases and site collections
  • Providing support & training to end users
  • Migrating data/documents from non-SharePoint platforms
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education, certifications, and experience
  • Experience in planning, configuring, and optimizing large-scale file migrations
  • Proven previous migration of data to SharePoint and proven experience with Windows file shares
  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint migration tools
  • Working knowledge of basic networking technologies
  • Three to Five years' experience with Active Directory and/or the Microsoft 365 platform
