Identity Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure SailPoint identity management solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage user access requests, certifications, and provisioning workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to align with governance policies and ensure data integrity and security.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SailPoint platform capabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
- Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and compliance frameworks, including GDPR and SOX.
- Familiarity with SQL, LDAP, or other directory services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in SailPoint or related identity management technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based identity solutions.
Estimated Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
