Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and verifying circuit and sub-systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design and develop innovative hardware solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
  • Testing and Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and integrate components, CCAs, and subsystems, ensuring seamless manufacturing processes.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Partner with engineers to lead small projects, drive program requirements, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Location: This role is based in the United States, with opportunities to work on-site in various locations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in hardware design, simulation, and test.
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain US government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with FPGA hardware designs and high-speed interfaces.
  • Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Technical writing and proposal experience.
