Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial data, processing payroll, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and payroll processing.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Payroll Processing:
    • Process payroll for employees, including manual entry of hours and additional payroll items.
    • Verify hours against field tickets and ensure accuracy.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
    • Organize and maintain employee records.
Requirements
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  • Skills:
    • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
