Responsibilities include:
- Collecting and verifying paperwork from service personnel throughout the day.
- Inputting daily work orders and relevant notes into the company’s software system.
- Conducting follow-up calls to clients who have received services and documenting feedback in Excel.
- Performing general office tasks such as filing, copying, and processing incoming correspondence.
Required Skills: Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.
Work Schedule: The position operates on a set schedule: Tuesday to Friday from 1 PM to 7 PM or until the last service personnel returns, and mandatory Saturdays from 8 AM to 5 PM or until the last service personnel returns.
