Equity Research Business Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equity Research Business Associate to join our team at Jefferies. As a key member of our Aerospace and Defense (A&D) and Airlines Equity Research team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of research reports, managing corporate access events, and executing marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the research team in developing and publishing high-quality research reports on the aerospace and defense industry.
- Manage and coordinate corporate access events, including organizing meetings with company executives and industry experts.
- Execute marketing initiatives to promote our research and services to clients and prospects.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as pitch books and client presentations.
- Provide administrative support to the research team, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, finance, or business administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry or a related field.
- Securities licensing, such as Series 7 and 63.
Jefferies offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
