Job Title: Associate Product Management Equity Research Specialist

Wolfe Research is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Operations and IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for migrating and supporting internal SaaS systems, with a primary focus on building and implementing a new Salesforce-based system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business end-users to gather and document requirements for new systems and/or system updates.
  • Work alongside the Development, IT, and Product Management teams to design, implement, test, and roll out applications.
  • Manage deliverables and timelines for relevant projects.
  • Manage testing processes for relevant systems throughout the continuous upgrade lifecycle.
  • Assist in creating and managing system-related documentation.
  • Design and maintain application training plans for business end-users.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance.
  • Ensure security best practices are implemented and maintained across relevant systems.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in software system implementation and management.
  • Experience building and managing Salesforce systems, including data model creation and management, administration, and flows.
  • Experience with system integration design and implementation.
  • Experience with API design and management.
  • Data cleaning, translation, and management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with end-user requirement gathering and training.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Background in Financial Services.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst/other consultant certification.
Additional Experience:
  • Knowledge of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience working on a hybrid team with a 3-day in-office requirement.
