Voya Financial is seeking an Equity Research Associate to join its Fundamental Equity investment team. This role is a part of our Entry Level Analyst Program, designed to develop the careers of entry-level employees and provide hands-on experience and formal development and training.
This Entry-Level role will support the investment team with portfolio analyst responsibilities and gain exposure to the full equity research lifecycle. You will work alongside the Senior Analyst to conduct company and industry research, analyze and synthesize data from industry conferences, company earnings calls, and sell-side research reports, and create and update financial models.

Applicants should be graduating with an undergraduate degree in December 2024/Spring 2025. A BA/BS with a strong academic record is required, as well as relevant internships in Investment Management or related Finance fields. Coursework in Accounting is also preferred. Advanced proficiency in Excel and prior experience with financial modeling are also preferred. Bloomberg experience is a plus. A passion for Finance and demonstrated interest in investing/stock market are essential. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are also required. Self-starter, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and independently are also necessary.
