About the Opportunity

Voya Financial is seeking an Equity Research Associate to join its Fundamental Equity investment team. This role is a part of our Voya Investment Management (Voya IM) Entry Level Analyst Program, designed to develop the careers of entry-level employees and provide hands-on experience and formal development and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the investment team with portfolio analyst responsibilities
  • Analyze and synthesize data from industry conferences, company earnings calls, and sell-side research reports
  • Create and update financial models
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned
Requirements
  • Graduating with an undergraduate degree in December 2024/Spring 2025
  • BA/BS with a strong academic record
  • Relevant internships in Investment Management or related Finance fields preferred
  • Coursework in Accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and prior experience with financial modeling preferred
  • Bloomberg experience preferred
  • Passion for Finance and demonstrated interest in investing/stock market
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter, strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and independently
