Key Responsibilities- Deliver compelling live demonstrations of Suki Assistant that showcase the value proposition of Suki to Clinician stakeholders and Healthcare decision makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer clinical voices and decision makers during the sales process.
- Identify and refine Suki clinical use cases to ensure product-market fit.
- Analyze customer requirements for emerging needs and product features.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to continue to refine our Suki demonstration strategy and highlight key features.
- Evangelize Suki Digital Assistant at outside events and conferences.
- Partner with the CS Team to ensure smooth deployment and implementation of Suki.
- Proactively address customer needs and concerns, fostering long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights to improve product quality and support.
- Identify key new features or roadmap items to drive adoption of Suki.
We're looking for a Medical Director with at least 5 years of postgraduate clinical experience. You should have a passion for patient care and the potential of technology to improve healthcare quality and experience. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to identify clinical challenges and translate them into potential AI solutions.
