We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our Field Medical team in the US. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our medical strategy, driving thought leadership, and fostering scientific exchange.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the US Field Medical Team: Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach a world-class team of medical professionals.
- Develop and Implement Field Medical Plans: Create robust plans for national, regional, and community healthcare practitioners, including academic institutions and community centers.
- Drive Thought Leadership and Scientific Exchange: Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure timely and accurate scientific communication.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead Insight Generation: Drive the development of actionable insights to inform our medical strategy.
- Advanced Degree: MD, PharmD, or PhD in a relevant field.
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech Industry with Medical Affairs, including 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing Field Medical teams.
- Global Product Launch Experience: Proven track record of successfully launching products globally.
- Demonstrated Expertise: Oncology expertise and experience recruiting, hiring, and retaining Field Medical talent.
- Competitive Salary: $270,000 - $320,000 based on location.
