Position Overview

This full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Administrator at a government facility involves ensuring effective supervision and technical oversight of contractor personnel during all operational hours. The Facilities Administrator (FA) will be responsible for human resource management functions, ensuring adherence to policies, facilitating onboarding processes, and conducting mandatory training and orientation for contract staff. Additionally, the FA will perform ongoing competency evaluations and manage performance and quality control of services rendered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of over 30 personnel, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
  • Maintain Six Sigma certification at or above the Green Belt level and/or hold Project Management certification.
  • Exhibit knowledge in business operations, project management, and human resources.

Essential Qualifications

  • Expertise in Facility Management (FM).
  • Familiarity with shipping and logistics facilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience in government contracting is advantageous.
