Job Title: Night Porter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Night Porter to join our team at Britannia Hotels. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and welfare of our guests at night, maintaining a high level of courtesy and politeness at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular floor walks and security checks of fire exits and public areas, reporting any irregularities to the manager on duty.
• Assist in setting up and servicing event rooms, ensuring that all necessary equipment and amenities are in place.
• Have thorough knowledge of all systems and procedures used within the hotel and department, providing support as and when required.
• Be aware of weekly business in the hotel and maximize every sales opportunity for food, beverage, and rooms.
• Provide excellent communication skills with both colleagues and customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Organized and punctual with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
