We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Senior Commercial Lines Insurance Agent. This role is essential in delivering exceptional insurance solutions to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively present and advocate for our insurance offerings to potential clients.
  • Lead initiatives for new business acquisition and guide prospects through the sales process.
  • Enhance and manage client relationships by cross-selling a variety of products and services.
  • Engage in negotiations with insurance carriers and assess their quotes to secure optimal rates for our clients.
  • Analyze carrier risk appetites, compile relevant information, and comprehend target classes along with underwriting standards.
  • Ensure meticulous and thorough documentation for both current and prospective clients.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in relevant training and educational opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Property & Casualty Insurance license is mandatory.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
  • A minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance; experience with surplus line insurance policies is a plus.
  • Ability to actively listen and accurately assess client requirements.
  • Proven capacity to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong skills in communication, critical thinking, and organization.
  • Excellent time management abilities with a history of prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to learning and personal development in a dynamic work environment.
