We are seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This role is a temporary position facilitated through a third-party service provider, stationed at our offices in Pittsburgh. The anticipated duration of this contract is 4-5 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently coordinate a high volume of interviews, including phone, video, and in-person formats.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience, including scheduling and logistical arrangements.
  • Manage the candidate experience during onsite visits, including greeting candidates, escorting them to interviews, and providing necessary breaks and tours.
  • Travel between various office locations to facilitate timely in-person interviews.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
Required Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to evolving systems and processes.
  • Proactive and resourceful throughout the hiring and scheduling lifecycle.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Experience in building productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • Proficient in MacOS and Google applications, including Calendar, Gmail, and Drive.
  • A degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience.
Desirable Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar recruiting coordination role.

The hourly wage for this position is competitive and based on various factors, including skills and experience.
