Join our dynamic HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent across various departments within our organization. This position demands a strategic and innovative thinker capable of overseeing the complete recruitment process, from job advertising and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job advertisements, candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance and promote our employer brand, ensuring alignment with our organizational culture and values.
- Candidate Experience: Guarantee a positive and smooth experience for all candidates, from initial contact through the onboarding process.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide support throughout the hiring journey.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Engage in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience is essential.
- Experience in managing all phases of the recruitment process in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for high-demand roles in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with effective negotiation abilities.
- Capability to develop and implement sourcing strategies for various roles within the industry.
- Proactive and self-sufficient with a strong initiative.
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with hiring and recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems or similar recruitment software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
