Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Driver to join our team at The Landing Alexandria. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to various destinations while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a 12-passenger van and car to transport residents according to assigned schedules.
  • Assist disabled passengers into and out of the vehicle, adhering to community policies.
  • Secure wheelchairs to restraining devices to ensure safe transportation.
  • Operate a radio or similar device to communicate with the base station or other vehicles.
  • Clean and service the vehicle, including fueling, lubricating, and maintaining accessories.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including providing backup support to Valet, Concierge, and resident package delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required based on need.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a senior living setting.
