Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Associate to join our team at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. As a Banking Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking services to customers, including cash handling, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Assist customers with financial transactions, such as mobile banking and ATM usage.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months of experience processing transactions, such as cash and digital payments.
  • Motivational skills to drive sales and customer service goals.
  • Process-oriented and detail-focused with ability to multitask effectively.
