- Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and inventory management, as required.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a guest services role, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
The Front Desk Agent will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to guests and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
