KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Stay informed about current design trends and incorporate them into projects.
- Manage design initiatives proactively, collaborating with different departments to align with product strategies.
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to enhance product offerings.
- Act as the advocate for customer perspectives during project planning.
- Outline product strategies and track the execution of plans over time.
- Develop compelling product messaging and ensure its effective communication through marketing channels.
- Coordinate resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Create detailed project documentation and maintain timelines for project completion.
- Conduct market research to inform product development and enhancements.
- Participate in promotional events and product launches.
- Continuously seek improvements in product design and technology.
- Make informed decisions regarding product management and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records in the manufacturing database.

SUPERVISORY ROLE
This position does not involve direct supervision of other staff members.
QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, either in an agency or corporate setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-standard print guidelines.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of the outdoor sports and firearms industries is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management capabilities.
EDUCATION
Required:
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work is essential.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is necessary. This role may require occasional travel.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is typically moderate in noise level, and the employee may be exposed to various manufacturing conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regular communication and manual dexterity are required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
COMPLIANCE
