North Country HealthCare AZ invites applications from experienced Family Medicine Physicians to fill a Primary Care Physician position in our northern Arizona location. Our organization delivers exceptional patient care through a multidisciplinary approach, incorporating Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services.

Holbrook, Arizona, offers a serene environment amidst breathtaking natural scenery. Situated near the Little Colorado River, this picturesque town provides easy access to outdoor activities and cultural attractions.
We are pleased to offer a total compensation package of $215,000 annually, taking into account the regional cost of living. Enjoy flexibility in your schedule, ample paid time off, and limited weekend and holiday commitments.

To excel in this role, you will require:
- A medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Prior experience working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility is desirable but not necessary.
