Family Medicine Physician

North Country HealthCare AZ is a leading provider of medical services to rural communities in northern Arizona. We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Holbrook, Arizona.
About the Role
We offer a competitive total compensation package ranging from $205,000.00 to $225,000.00, depending on program incentives during the first year of practice. Our attractive benefits include flexible and alternative work schedules, generous paid time off packages, and minimal weekend and holiday requirements.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency. Board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is also required. Preference is given to candidates with experience working at FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facilities.
