Primary Care Physician

Circle Medical is a leading adult-only primary care practice that prioritizes high-quality, continuity of care for our patients through a telemedicine-first approach. We leverage our proprietary, HIPAA-compliant EHR to ensure a seamless and safe experience for patients and providers via two-way, video-audio appointments.
We offer a fee-for-service model with competitive compensation for fully empaneled PCPs, earning an average of $120/hr or $180/hr, respectively, with appointments lasting from 20 to 30 mins. MDs/DOs compensation is $60 per encounter, plus a robust incentive.
Our Approach to Primary Care
We deliver a true Primary Care Experience rooted in provider empanelment and continuity of care. Our 7-day-a-week operation offers PCPs the freedom to set their own recurring schedules within any combination of days, including evenings and weekends.
Our team of patient care advocates and licensed medical professionals work closely with you to ensure our patients receive the care and follow-up they need. We require a high degree of technical skill utilizing software and an open mind to fast-paced improvements driven by our product and engineering teams.
Requirements for this Position
- Completed an accredited medical program with a national certification
- Currently licensed in Tennessee
- Valid Tennessee DEA Registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2
- Ideal candidates will have experience as primary care providers in a clinical setting
- At least 2 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred
- Must be Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine
- Willingness to learn how to diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions
