Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at AllCare Primary & Immediate Care. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide exceptional primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population.
Responsibilities:- Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears, to assess patients' overall health and identify potential health issues.
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions while following established protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness, offering clear and actionable guidance.
- Manage urgent complaints that would be seen in a typical primary care clinic, providing timely and effective care.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes and ensure seamless patient care.
- Review all labs and clinical documents in a timely manner to inform patient care decisions.
- Complete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours of the encounter to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Comfortably see approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour on average, including walk-ins, to ensure efficient and effective care.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, creating a respectful and positive environment for patients and staff.
- 3 weekdays per week (Monday through Friday): 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
