We're committed to building a diverse, driven, and empathetic team that thrives in a supportive environment. As a Primary Care Physician, you'll be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and improving health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
- State licensed in Washington, D.C., obtained before start date
- A competitive base salary range of $211,000 to $225,000 per year
