Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at AllCare Primary & Immediate Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to drive quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population
- Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions while following established protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy
- Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness, offering clear and actionable guidance
- Manage urgent complaints that would be seen in a typical primary care clinic
- Collaborate well with an interdisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes
- Review all labs and clinical documents in a timely manner
- Complete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours of the encounter
- Comfort seeing approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour on average, including walk-ins
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, creating a respectful and positive environment for patients and staff
3 weekdays per week (Monday through Friday): 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
